Size:
Comfortable long johns in thin merino wool, specially developed with a specific women’s fit. Long Johns W’s LITE have a soft sewn-in elastic waistband and a cut that follows the female shape for optimal comfort and mobility.
Sizing advice:
This model follows regular women’s sizing. Choose the size you usually wear in underwear or base layers.
- LITE material: Our thinnest knit contains a high proportion of wool but provides less warmth. This allows the garment to breathe well and efficiently transport moisture during movement.
- Soft elastic waistband: A flexible elastic waistband that sits softly against the skin and keeps the garment comfortably in place.
- Strategic seams: LITE garments have longitudinal seams placed to minimise the risk of irritation.
- Easy care: The wool is naturally odour resistant, and the material can be machine washed at 60 degrees for optimal hygiene.

About Woolpower LITE
Woolpower LITE is our thinnest material. It is rib-knitted and does not have terry loops, which allows the fabric to sit closer to the skin than Ullfrotté and feel cooler despite its high merino wool content. The construction creates more contact points that help release body heat, while the material continues to wick moisture away.
The material is made from fine merino wool and synthetic fibers, where the wool provides softness and comfort close to the body and the synthetic fibers add durability. The rib-knitted structure makes the garments flexible, elastic, and comfortable to wear directly against the skin.
Woolpower LITE is best used as a base layer, worn closest to the skin, and is particularly suitable for milder temperatures or higher-intensity activities. It also works well in a layering system together with Ullfrotté to adjust warmth and insulation.
Do you know who made your garment?
Our garments are produced in our own factory in Östersund. Here, our seamstresses work in teams with different types of products, and each garment is sewn from start to finish by the same person. This creates a close connection to the craft and ensures high quality at every stage.
We do not work on piece rates; instead, we prioritize quality over quantity. If anything in the process needs adjustment, work is paused to ensure the final result meets our standards. This creates a secure working environment and supports precision and long-term sustainability.
Once the garment is finished, it is inspected and signed by the seamstress who made it. The name label in the garment is therefore not just a detail, but a mark of quality and a reminder that each piece is made by a skilled individual with deep knowledge of their craft.
