Choosing the right size is important for the garments to perform as intended. Most of our clothing is designed in a unisex fit. See how to choose the right size below.

Quick size guide
The fit of almost all our garments is unisex. Our base layers and mid layers are designed to provide good freedom of movement and to work well in a layering system. If you are between two sizes, it may be helpful to try both options.
Men
If your usual size in other garments is M, we recommend choosing size M in Woolpower as well.
Women
If your usual size in other garments is M, we recommend choosing size S in Woolpower.
The exception is LITE bottoms, where you should instead choose size M.
