As a registered and logged-in customer at woolpower.se, you can purchase selected items from our second-grade assortment. In other words, fully functional clothing, socks, and accessories with minor cosmetic imperfections.

About our second-grade products
We are proud of the quality that has become our hallmark. To maintain it, we have a thorough quality process throughout the entire manufacturing of our garments. Despite this, it sometimes happens that a garment does not meet our quality requirements.
To live by our values: reducing waste while maintaining high quality standards, we have chosen to sell garments that do not fully meet our quality requirements as second-grade products. The items sold as second-grade have exactly the same function as our first-grade garments, but with a minor cosmetic defect. Often the flaw is so small that it can be difficult for you as a customer to even find it.
By selling these products at a reduced price in our factory shop and here on woolpower.se, we make sure they reach someone who can use the garment throughout its long lifespan.
The assortment of our second-grade products is not static but changes depending on what comes in from our production.
The only time you don’t know who sewed your garment
If you have a garment from us that lacks a name label, it is most likely a piece from our second-grade assortment. If a seamstress finds something during the final inspection that means the garment does not meet the requirements, they remove their name from it.

What becomes second-grade?
Often, the flaws in our second-grade products are so small that they can be difficult to detect. Sometimes they are more visible. What always applies, however, is that the function is not affected. The garments will still keep you warm and comfortable.
In other words, these are garments with the same functionality but with minor cosmetic imperfections, such as:

Crooked seam
A single thread in the wrong color
Cracking
Bubbling/wavy seams
Uneven binding
Loops in the fabric
Crooked labels
Seams that do not meet in an even line
Socks
Unclear logo
Loops on the outside of the sock
A streak in the wrong color

Products outside our regular assortment
Sometimes we produce special items for our contract customers, for example a Zip Turtleneck with thumb grips. These products are sometimes sold in our factory shop as second-grade.
These products automatically become second-grade since they are not part of our regular assortment. If they end up in our factory shop, it is usually because they have minor cosmetic imperfections, but sometimes it may also be because we produced a few extra garments to ensure we could meet the delivery.
