Create your own garments using our classic material. Ullfrotté Original 200 sold by the meter (2-meter pieces) is a smooth and soft fabric, perfect for sewing your own base layers, baby clothing or lighter mid-layers with all the benefits of merino wool.
The fabric is circular knitted (delivered as a tube) and features our characteristic terry knit with loops on the inside. The unique blend of merino wool and synthetic fibres creates a material that both insulates effectively and withstands frequent use. The 200-gram fabric is our most versatile thickness for garments worn closest to the skin.
- Function: The terry loops trap air and keep the body warm, while the fabric wicks moisture and breathes.
- Construction: As the fabric is circular knitted, you get a seamless tube to work from, ideal for close-fitting garments.
