DIY Felt Insoles

DIY – Felt Insoles is a pari of sheets of our recycled felt material that you cut yourself to create insoles with a perfect fit for your shoes or boots. The material is made from recycled production waste from our factory in Östersund and provides excellent insulation against cold ground.
Size: The sheets is enough for one pair of insoles in any size (up to size 49).
Instructions:
- Trace: Remove the existing insoles from your shoes and use them as a template.
- Cut: Use a sturdy pair of scissors to cut out your new wool insoles along the outline.
- Insulating: The felted material acts as an insulating barrier against the cold from below and keeps you warm even if it becomes damp.
- Naturally fresh: Wool is naturally antibacterial, helping to prevent unwanted odours in your shoes.
- Unique appearance: As the insoles are made from recycled production waste, the colour may vary, making each sheet unique.

About recycled felt
Our recycled felt material is a step toward a more circular production. When we cut out garment pieces in our own factory, small leftover scraps are created. Instead of going to waste, this material is collected and transformed into felt.
The leftover material is sent to a partner who shreds and compresses it into a new material, which is then returned to us in rolls of varying thicknesses. Today, we reuse around 30 tons of surplus material each year to create products such as insoles and seat pads.
By making use of our own material, we can create new, functional products while reducing waste.
