Woolpower My Pages is a customer club and our digital factory outlet, where you as a private individual have the opportunity to purchase our second-quality and limited-edition products online, as well as receive personal offers and benefits.

These membership terms apply between you as a private individual and Woolpower Östersund AB (Company Registration Number 556035-0315, Gärdsgårdsvägen 2, 831 77 Östersund) and our sister company Svalan Logistik AB (Company Registration Number 556997-6151, Gärdsgårdsvägen 2, 831 77 Östersund), which handles all orders and logistics for our e-commerce operations. By registering for My Pages, you accept these membership terms.

If the membership terms are updated, we will send this information to your email address. If you do not accept these membership terms, you may always terminate your membership via “My Pages”.

Membership

My Pages is a free customer club valid on woolpower.se. Membership is personal and may not be issued or transferred to anyone else. Membership applies to private individuals only, not companies. You may only become a member of My Pages if you are over 18 years old. If you are under 18, you need approval from a legal guardian to use the service. By registering, you certify that you meet the required age for membership.

These membership terms apply in addition to the purchase terms for your purchases. Membership is personal and may not be used for corporate orders. To identify yourself as a member on woolpower.se, you log in to the website before completing your purchase.

On “My Pages” you will find the following information:

  • Access to our second-quality products, limited-edition products, and advantageous offers

  • Purchase history / order history

  • View and update your personal information

  • Personal offers

  • Unsubscribe from our newsletters

  • Terminate your membership

Membership Benefits

By becoming a member of Woolpower My Pages, you gain access to products from our second-quality assortment at reduced prices, as well as personal offers.

Communication

The information you provide in connection with your My Pages account (e.g. email address and mobile number) is used to communicate with you via newsletters, postal mailings, and SMS in order to provide you with relevant information, offers, and news from the customer club. By joining the customer club, you also consent to targeted communication in digital channels.

You may deactivate communication via newsletters, postal mailings, and SMS at any time by going to “My Pages” and withdrawing your consent to communication. If you do not wish to receive targeted communication in digital channels, you may contact our customer service for assistance.

Termination of Membership

You have the right to terminate your membership at any time. This can be done via “My Pages” or by contacting customer service at info@woolpower.se. Upon termination of membership, you will lose your previous order history, and it cannot be restored if a new membership is created.
