Höga Kusten Hike

We love being outdoors, and we don’t believe the weather should stop you from heading out. That’s why we’re passionate about educating people on how to dress properly for different conditions. We can of course do this through text and film — but we prefer meeting in person. For us, it’s important to demonstrate and give people the opportunity to test our products in real-life, safe environments. That’s why we take part in events that allow us to showcase the unique qualities of our garments.

One such event is Höga Kusten Hike, which takes place in early August every year. Together with people from all over the world, you’ll spend three days hiking through the magical Skuleskogen National Park. The hike is organised by FriluftsByn in collaboration with Woolpower, Gränsfors Bruk and Naturkompaniet.

At the first camp of the hike, we host a talk about how to dress to stay warm and dry, share the Woolpower story, and create products together using surplus material from our production in Östersund.
