Junior Crewneck 200
Size:
Junior Crewneck 200 is a soft and functional base layer top in merino wool. It is knitted in our classic Ullfrotté Original 200, which insulates body heat while transporting moisture away during high activity.
Sizing advice: Regular fit. Choose size based on height (centilong).
- Seamless comfort: The body is circular knitted, meaning the garment has no side seams. This minimises the risk of chafing and irritation under backpack straps or outer layers.
- Extended back: The extended back ensures the garment stays in place and prevents gaps when the junior bends or moves actively.
- Durable & easy care:
By combining merino wool with durable synthetic fibres, we create a base layer that withstands heavy use and repeated washing. The garment is pre-shrunk and can be machine washed at 60 degrees.
- Resource-efficient choice: Wool’s ability to stay fresh means it does not need to be washed as often as synthetic base layers, helping extend the lifespan of the garment.

About Ullfrotté 200
Ullfrotté Original 200 (grams) is our thinnest version of Ullfrotté. It is a knitted material with terry loops on the inside, creating a lightweight fabric that traps a lot of air and provides effective insulation. At the same time, moisture is transported away from the skin, allowing the garment to keep you warm even when damp.
The material consists of fine merino wool blended with synthetic fibers for increased durability, with the soft wool closest to the body. Ullfrotté 200 is used in several of our base layers and accessories, and performs best as a first layer, worn next to the skin.
Do you know who made your garment?
Our garments are produced in our own factory in Östersund. Here, our seamstresses work in teams with different types of products, and each garment is sewn from start to finish by the same person. This creates a close connection to the craft and ensures high quality at every stage.
We do not work on piece rates; instead, we prioritize quality over quantity. If anything in the process needs adjustment, work is paused to ensure the final result meets our standards. This creates a secure working environment and supports precision and long-term sustainability.
Once the garment is finished, it is inspected and signed by the seamstress who made it. The name label in the garment is therefore not just a detail, but a mark of quality and a reminder that each piece is made by a skilled individual with deep knowledge of their craft.
